All authorised dealers should make available warranty information to the purchaser. Also attached is a PDF of the warranty information for the consumer to review. Oceanic Trailers encourage all Oceanic trailer owners to make themselves aware of the oligations, conditions, liability, commercial and off-road use and owners responsibility in the warranty.
Oceanic Trailers shall replace or repair within reasonable time any item covered under the warranties above by methods or solutions decided by Oceanic Trailers staff. It is the owners responsibility and cost to return the trailer to Oceanic Trailers factory or to the Dealer for approved warranty work. All trailers or parts under warranty must be returned to Oceanic Trailers factory or customers place of purchase. All warranty claims need prior authorisation by Oceanic Trailers. Oceanic Trailers is under no obligation to collect trailers, or repair trailers off site.
